That place may only be good if local cats are available to fry up or not. :zip::picard:

Thanks WW  I called and the manufacturer is long gone. All the seller would say was in a set of 5. I did look at the lockers at work and they appear to have rivets holding them together so hopefully these are the same....

One is for my work toolbox build. Every time I price a new box I almost have a heart attack talk about stupid expensive for nothing decent.

I’ve got a good box already and another at home so I am going to weld a frame up to hold both lower cabinets and add the locker to the end for longer tools, welding helmet, safety helmet and a few other items I’d rather lock up. That will allow me to make a wooden top over the lower boxes and some extra storage behind them. I’ll also mount a vice to it.

The second is for the home shop / garage for welding coats, chaps and other garage clothes.

There may be a third modifies to hold all the aerosol cans such as carb cleaner, brake clean, starting fluid as well as any other flammable stuff. Redneck blast cabinet basically.

Mechanic end cabinets are nice but pricey compared to what I can make so as usually Pallet Pete gets all cheap and wastes his life building more junk.

Sitting here, just going over the day and getting ready to shut down for the night. I reach into my vest pocket and what do I find? I slipped my fortune cookie from the Chinese restaurant in there.

So I break it open and start eating and then look at the fortune inside of the cookie. Fortune on one side, learn how to speak Chinese and lucky number son the other side.

You ready for this? The message on the learn to speak Chinese is this.....

    "To have a fever"

Just how long is the incubation period of this new flu? :jaw:

I guess the restaurant has the last laugh!

Seriously though, you have to wonder how soon factory shutdowns etc. in China are going to empty store shelves in the US. Harbour Freight anyone?

So some lockers are put together with bolts and nuts. Did you have a look at them yet Pete?

Firewood brought in this morning and a bucket of ashes dumped on the garden. Off to the next chores.

They don't come already attached to each other do they? I had always assumed that they could be taken apart.

The Harbor Freight US General toolboxes are pretty good for the money. They sell lockers as well.

Well they are bolted together but I’ll loose a side that’s no biggie though. They share a panel each so the seller gave me a top panel and I’ll cut that to fit. Should work good.

I got the one I wanted with the wider double fire extinguisher end.
