    Got the saw.

Gotta talk over the tractor with Mama. It's a nice one. It's from 1992 and has just under 1,000 hrs. Older gentleman (60's) and he is the original owner of the saw and tractor. Had all paperwork, receipts, and service documented. For $5k it's a heck of a deal. In 2010 he put almost $4,500 into it (new pumps, lines, tires, radiator, seat, etc).

My lawnmower cost 3 X's what he wants for this. I was gonna buy a tractor w/ FEL, but wanted a commercial Zero turn.

Gotta do a Lil Suckin up to Mama:)

That's a nice tractor. You could buy it, run it for 10 years, and sell it for a profit.

    Just needs a fender...

He had the fender off. It had a small crack/tear. He already had it welded. Just needs to grind and paint it.

For the price. It's hard to beat. He is moving in a month and not taking any toys (moving to a development). He has a beautiful place and his stacks looked pretty close to the exact racks I use. I didn't want to be taking pictures of all his chit, but man I wanted to. :)

Don't know why he would want to move to a development. Those are places to move away from. Anyway. That tractor looks excellent. Look at this way, if you need it, that's the justification. Now do you have a place for it. You know it needs to be kept under cover. I bet you can use this, and when ready to sell it, get most of your investment back. Very little risk with this purchase.

I bought my hunting license a week ago. I haven't hunted in a dozen years or more. I haven't made it in the woods yet this year.

If you buy a piece of equipment at the right price, you can use it for a couple of years and get your money back, or close to it when you sell it. Depends on several factors, hours, how well cared for, etc.

Yeah. I got plenty of room. A 3 car garage (don't use for cars), a 40' x 30' barn, and a 10' x 16' she'd next to the barn. I have more room than I what to do with.

We get in the neighborhood of 10-12 yards of mulch every year. Did about 10 yards of River rock this year on top on the 10 yards of mulch. And I moved it all by wheelbarrow!!

Oh, and a pic of the saw. Piston and cylinder look mint and the compression is just around 155 lbs. :) Needs cleaned, but after that, should be in the classifieds soon.

Got up real early this morning and headed home from a business trip. Beat all the traffic and got over to 81 north early by going through here. Oops. I tried to load a video I took of driving through the Lehigh tunnel, but it said no deal basically. (Not an allowed extension, or something)

    :(

So I got home fairly early and managed to clean the pellet stove, get the Gun going, and get a little more wood moved.

Got another load of wood into the basement. The old lady will probably stack tomorrow. This year we came to an agreement-- I get it into the truck and through the basement window and she gets it stacked. At 5' tall she fits in the basement much better than I.

Building a tin can gasifier, going for a short hike, babysitting the dog, opening up a bottle of Riesling, baking some bread, and chatting it up with girl friends.
