    We'll see what the Badgers can bring against the buckeyes in the big10 championship. Wisco had silenced Ohio State for the most of the first half of their past meeting, then they didn't play disciplined defense and got beat in the second half.

    At bare minimum I think today's win cemented a Rose Bowl trip for Wisconsin.

    A good day today. :) Some dirt moved, stumps in trails pulled, small projects taken care of, and family time. Another cold morning tomorrow. More dirt to move.:thumbs:

    Up early to do some more venison canning before church. Started a fire in the hearth, got the coffee going and little FHC before getting back in the kitchen. I think I may sneak in a nap this afternoon. We are having our daughter and her family over for venison backstrap this evening. I will make some wild rice and butternut squash as well.

    Between 6 and 7 this morning, I heard some sort of "thump". I thought maybe one of the neighbors metal roofs had just shed some snow but nope, nothing going on outside. All clear, back on the forum.

    When I went to check the OWB later on (after sunrise) both garage doors were full open! WTH? It must've been when I heard that noise; the garage doors stopping after they were open all the way. Not too much snow inside, but still had to shovel the inside a little.

    I have 15" on the deck and a touch over 16" in the yard where I had shoveled last evening. It's still snowing and I guess the plans to get that B-day card today are going to be put on hold.....

    I like either the Carhartt fleece lined or also get some fleece lined from Cabelas. Never tried Stanley.
