Neighbor stopped over and gave me a deer heart his son got this morning. It is cooking now and will be ready to be sliced tomorrow for lunch meat. If they get any more deer, I will most likely get the hearts.

 

Only saw does today from my stand this afternoon. Yes, my deer stand that was stolen from my land was replaced where it came from. Neighbor (fat and gimpy one) has a clear understanding that he, nor anyone on his land, has permission to cross onto my land. He apologized. I told him I don't want apologies, but simply don't ever want him or anyone from his party on my land ever again.

Grilled out tonight, we grill out often..

We have a few stray cats or cats that belong to neighboring folks that run loose..
Anyways, i hop inside to check on the food on the stove, was inside maybe 3 or 4 minutes..

Come back outside and something has pooped on my garage floor near my grill.
I step in it...

Oh boy. Got a text from one of the girls who helps with forewood and shoots, and who visits with her sister, in an uncle neicw thpe relationship

Asked if the next time we shoot, could a "friend" come along. Sure, i think socializing with firearms is very fitting. Bring him along he cab see how easy i put rounds into the X ring.

Just back from wife's employee Holiday party. It is a rent to own business with about 50 stores in several States. Met with employees from the city where our tree farm is located. Met up with a local kayaker, told me to call ger. Knows of several places with great natural features. Oh, i drank bulleit whisky too.

He didn't draw a gun on me, I got my property back, and he's aware that he's got a problem with his kid. Also, he wasn't able to rent the excavator in that amount of time.
