    I'm thinking that today is the day to start the OWB. :rootintootin:


    We had insulation added to the house/rim joists/ceiling/walls and I wanted to see just how the whole NG forced air system handled the load....cost wise. We are right around 1/2 way through the billing cycle now so that's far enough. :makeitrain"

    Same here tree killer ... no power since 4:30 AM. No big deal and it's kind of nice it's almost 60 outside. Gen's been running for a while. These early outages are good for me... wakes my pea brain up about the gen hook up / start up process, when it's really cold outside.

    We apparently lost power at 2 am, got up at 5:30 to find that out. Just decided to cancel my day and reschedule, supposed to go to Portland. We got power back in time for the wife to leave but she got to work to find no power. 75% of Bangor is out.

    Power is back on. I'm impressed. With tens of thousands of outages, we had a bucket truck on our tiny little road within 4 hrs. They'd originally estimated we wouldn't have juice til 6 this evening. Got lucky this time... :cool:

    My poor sister in law is in Bangor... man... if they don't have power, she must be ready to explode. Their furnace died 4 days ago and the crew is in the middle of installing a new one... she was already ... :hair:... ;)

    This should be easier, seeing that this FJ cruiser is only a couple years old.

    My next door neighbor dress have an old, but mint fj40 though. They bought it a couple years back from somewhere in Colorado.

    The mat stackers were prominent. That reminds me we have a super minor recall to have dinner to the 4runner. When I take it in, I'm sure they'll check for floor mat safety.

    Oh yeah, Ford has a new block heater for my f150 too that I should have done. I didn't let them cut off the cord as their temporary "fix" so idiots don't burn their vehicles up. I simply waited, and waited a little longer;), after they had new block heaters to install.
