Went from spitting snow to damm near a whiteout. Wind is nasty out there. Nice and warm in here though.

    YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It runs :dex:

Getting most of the stuff done and a detail, ready next week :banana::dancer::dancer:

Half shocked and half thrilled, another $2.5K but I've been  over these for years. Not too high to get into and just enough clearance for snow, and not too low it feels like my buttocks are scraping asphalt.

Free in Kentucky. Insurance has to cover them. Check your state. Looks like a hoop snake rolled down a hill and hit it.

My cousins working on a french Canadian ship hauling salt. Missed her on her first load for NFLD, caught her tonight on the second. His dad works in town so they'll get out for supper while he's off for a few hours during unloading

The rear window was like 160 plus shipping for a used one on eBay. 389 for the front windshield, ok, but now they say it's 1000??

I'd say they need to honor their quote. The rear glass alone is a rip-off at 1200+. Bring up used prices for the rear glass. They really need to work with you. Glad it's running, and that main issue wasn't too much. They nailed you with new fuse box covers too, when they could've found used ones or just left those off for you to source.

I can cancel the fuse box covers too, they cannot work on it til next week, I'm much rather order them and snap them on!
NO Doubt! Turns out Safelite will not do FJ's on site, only in their shop which is in Cheyenne, so they were tacking on a $600 towing bill. We'll go direct there, called back and declined on both rear and front windows. The rear window is missing all hardware (there is plexiglass screwed on at the moment). I'll hitch a ride with WWW in 2 weeks next time he goes to CHY to drop it off.

WOOO on the engine is good!!

Good deal. Maybe the auto glass places will put on a used rear window of they or you find one??

    $130 for fuse covers. Lol.

So about $600 to get it to run. Not bad. I'll help you source random parts. Like fuse box covers. ;)
