    That's what we had here in the ground this morning. A coating of snow on grass and everything but the roads.
    IDK if it's still there, but it's only 36° out now.

    Bigger sticking snow is to happen Thursday night I think.

    Eaton is right, ones an office building and ones a garage. Probably a case of beggars can't be choosers, Pretty much all of downtown is protected historical property built before motor vehicles' time, and the first 3-4 major roads from the waterfront are almost all businesses with little to nothing for parking besides a space or 2 each on street. Leaves a parking issue and not much space left available to fix it. Mom was born in 1967 and can remember it being built but she wasn't very old. She can't remember for sure what was there before but thinks it may have been destroyed by fire.

    Come on they built they stadium, science center and rock and roll hale if fame on a prime downtown lakefront. And put the restaurants and apartments in the industrial area on the river
