Haha, I read it. I was like that's what I intended to write. While some could be re written to flow more cohesively....that's just how it flowed out of my head and I wrote it.

I think you see what I meant though. While I agree totally with what you said, they may have shut that program down, to head off any issues that may arise. Some people want to sue or blame someone for anything to try to get something for nothing or have a winfall.

:handshake: I was getting ready to respond to brenndatomu and this popped up.
I was reading into what you posted and I see what you were after. Agree, the liability concerns these days are prevalent in almost all aspects of our lives. It's a sad state of affairs that no one can accept responsibility for a mistake.
Now I've posted this, I feel uncertain. I am feeling scared from this mean talk. I need a safe space, and a puppy to console me, maybe some crayons and a book to color in a special unicorn picture. I need a hug....:(

edit- Please tell me things will be alright, that I'll be fine.. :(:(

OMG if anyone knew my introduction to the legal system it's disappointing, file suit against someone doing wrong and the judge not knowing either party grants delays and continuances on dumbasses requests because he's not ready and only had 2 years:rolleyes:. OMG after selling my trailer to a moocher system abuser and googling for help on line 95% of it was how bad tenents could get help to skip out and squat and cause damages but no help for me the honest seller

    How about a beer hug?

Or a hug from a bear with a mug full of suds?

Awww BK, have St Earl and his brother curl up with them infront of your woodstove, big cyber hugs from us hoarders :campfire: I think there is an app for a virtual cry room if it helps...

Though the beer hug might be better.

;)Ok, before I sign out for the night, I gotta fess up- I'm drinking beer tonight. :coldone:
I locked up a project today, that combined with the other one I got a few weeks ago, equate to enough work for the guys until June. And I still have a few out there that would make things difficult if I got them. I'll not stress on those at this point. But tonight...!
Val is grilling Shiitaki mushrooms and steak, plus a bunch of other stuff. I'm good with anything she wants to do, it always turns out good.

When I received the notice to proceed today, I actually shouted out loud! I heard people laughing in the hall, it was funny. They didn't know what they were laughing about, but they will. ;) I'm sure it was because I'm pretty stoic and to hear me shout-out was unusual. I'm so drinking beer tonight, I may sleep until noon tomorrow.
    Yeah Baby !! :pete:

    Hiya' strangers!
    Been a while.
Hoping this finds all of you well and your wood stacks plentiful.
Been a good summer of chasing fishes, gonna' have "The Green Brother's 3rd Annual Fish Fry, Bar-B-Que and Foot Stomp this evening, in spite of the rain.
Glad my twin brother has a nice pole barn.
It's pouring rain here and not gonna' let up anytime soon.
Fire is built in the OWB, prolly stay burning for a while.
    Peace.

I can relate too easy. I've always driven stick shift and still would prefer it but my left leg is not very strong and it got to the point where if I had to stop at a stop sign or light, I'd have to take it out of gear because I could not hold the clutch in. I could shift okay but not hold it in but a few seconds. So, now I drive automatics. Even the tractor.

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. Now I must be older than water. Before they said I was older than dirt. What's next? Maybe I don't want to know.
