Just goes to show how little horsepower it takes to move a light vehicle like that around...at least at low speeds!

Is so, just this is the "after car wash" pic. The mud-bog pic. illustrates it perfectly. :salute::cool:

You learn early on the farm, esp when out in the middle of nowhere.

wildwest , bummed to hear WyoTech won't consider your bus for inspection. I wonder what their rationale is for that? You'd think helping the locals would be a priority for them. Huh.

    LIABILITY!!

YOUR car falls off a lift and kills someone, in today's world even with waivers and such somehow it's the car owners fault. Kids scratch your car leaning against it, or break a non broken part, it somehow is the kids fault even though the owner signed a waiver!

The state and the university or employees of the university I'm sure have more than enough project cars. Even if they buy one or get them donated to work on then sell for a profit to support the program.

I was too, cannot tell you how many haircuts I had at boulder valley vocational technical school cosmotology as kid....But that was a long time ago, cannot help but wonder if it has to do with schysters out to make a buck off the school dirty business stuff and too risky for the school, or maybe so many donations or the school is all automated now? Still very jazzed even though we will pay for repairs depending on what the evaluation says. Though I love the duramax this one is even easier to get into and out of, and will blow heat when I need it! Not too tall but enough clearance for the snow most the time but high enough I won't be puckering being so low because it feels like my buttocks might drag on the asphalt only 4" above the pavement like cars I've been in. And staring at another pickups hubcap at stoplights, I accidently cross threaded a Geo Storm that was parked next to me in a parking lot years ago, I could not see it (thankfully only a red paint smear on the old F250 and only popped her brake light cover, but for me, no thank you.

I have a feeling this is a big part here too, small town, 1/2 the population are students that come and go, otherwise pretty tight community.

That's BS concerning this school. They would not , nor could they claim liability concerning a vehicle in their care as the owners responsibility if they mis-handle that vehicle. With a full inspection carried out with the owner and a school rep., prior to release of the vehicle into the schools care, and condition is agreed upon, that's the base agreement. Condition of vehicle after work and inspection is another story. Should be no liability to owner while in the care of the 2nd party (school).

While I agree with you... fully! This world is full of a bunch of sorry people and unethical people, lawyers and citizens. It's a waste of their time to be even called into court on stuff like this, they would have to address every complaint, even if it just points to an agreement that the owner signed. If a judge doesn't instantly this a suit out in court, the university or school or whatever they are has spent time of their staff lawyer if they have one or their attorney that the retain.
