Some nice looking work you have ahead of you there Loon. Enjoy the day.

Today I have about 5 things I have to do. Luckily I can do them a little at a time and take my time.
    1. Begins with burying the new well power line about 18" under ground. I already have it run through a heavy plastic pipe to protect it. :zip:
    2. Move some more wood from piles to under the porch.
    3. Cut grass at two places this afternoon. (Hopefully this will be the last time.?)
    4. Clean garage, again, and clean and put away tools.
    5. Pay bills. :(

The wife and I are on stay-cation this week. We are remodeling our walk in closet and painting a few rooms. I'm going into the attic this morning to insulate around the new LED recessed lights. Went to Lowes yesterday and bought some supplies for this week, spent $500 :bug:

Good work. Doesn't take long to spend some money remodeling.

I'm thinking there is a John Denver song in there somewhere.

Usually means I'll find some kind of unfinished project and decide to finish it first.

Beautiful day here after a 30 degree start. Spent the day on yard clean-up. 1 acre with 26 mature white pine and maple trees produced a 2" layer of pine needles and leaves on EVERYTHING. Started on the roof of the house with my BP600 Stihl blower and worked my way down and then out. Fortunately I have a rear mounted, PTO driven vac/collection system on the tractor. When it was all done, we ended up with a dump truck sized pile of yard debris. Trying to get the yard work done cause the tree guy is coming Tuesday morning to take down a really nasty leaning 95' white pine. She's leaning over the shed, dying very quickly from blister rust. About 32" on the stump. Also having the other eye operated on, on the 29th so need to get my act in order.

Thanks, had a ocular lens inserted in left eye on Sept. 10th. Things went really well, so the surgeon wants to do the right eye on the 29th. Hoping that goes as well.

Nice thing is that now it is reasonable to anticipate what is going go be done, trust who is doing it and how you will feel after it is done.

Today is our 18th wedding anniversary. Last night my wife and I had dinner at the country club where we got married and had our reception. We hadn't been there since. It was fun. The manager let us go into the reception room to look at it after we had dinner. There was another reception in progress. We didn't crash the party though.

They also gave us a nice dessert.
