    Woody0331 , I was born/raised til middle life just north of there then add another 25 years, hang tight, winters are much easier than elsewhere :)

    Figured it is what it was.

    Hey great news regarding my well pump. The switch was burnt/ worn out. $19 for a new switch and 30 minutes and we've got water again.

    I do think I will need to swap the non bladder pressure tank out for a bladder tank at some point in the near future. The current pressure tank needs me to drain water out every 6-9 months. Otherwise the pump runs too much, and burns the switch out. Supposedly you can just replace the contacts on the switch, but that looks like a pita. 19 bucks and done is fine by me.

    Tell me about it. A pump replacement is not cheap. Not something I could really do either, well, not unless I HAD to.

    LOL 2 minutes ago I was looking at my pressure switch trying to figure out why the sticker that used to be on it with a well co's info was gone. Forgot that I had replaced it a year or two ago.

    We have been getting frost in the morning for the last couple of days. Not this morning. Looks like a bit of system moving in for the long weekend with sunshine only on Sunday. A bit of a bummer. It has been so nice all week.
