Too cold for breakfast on the porch this morning here. Might hafta take the cage this morning too, I haven't had time to put the fairing back on the bike yet.
41F here this morning. 65 in the house. Hopefully today gets better, as it has been a suck fest so far.
I'm very happy we waited to leave for our trip, and didn't leave today as originally planned. Odds and ends getting handled that probably wouldn't have been correct. The last thing we want is to worry about anything while we are away. I even have a camera on the fish tank so I can watch that from my app.
Looks like it won't be long before I put the windshield back on the atv. Usually have it on before deer season starts and almost did a couple weeks ago but this week we're seeing 80+ through Saturday so I'll wait until next week to do that.
Come on down. I'd be glad to have you and put you up. But I may need to find the time to head to Michigan in the spring to try my luck with your turkeys!!
Thank you. Who knows what the future will bring and I've love to meet you. For sure if you like turkeys, come on up. We have more than an abundance and I wish they were all shot. Incidentally, our gtg are usually during turkey season so you could kill two birds with one stone. Pun intended.
Just made it through a 10 hours planned electrical shutdown. The entire north end of Vancouver Island was shutoff for maintenance repair. We slept through most of it. Kind of cool looking outside in the middle of the night and seeing no amount of lights anywhere except for emergency lighting.
OK. I turned these two vehicles into ………………. ………..waves the magic wand into this vehicle! It's a 75th anniversary edition of the jeep. I guess the means I get to pay extra for those commemorative badges on it....
I also bought a trailer since I no longer have a truck and so far grabbed three loads of firewood All hardwood and I don't even have to start my saw! 5 X 10 trailer and I added 16" sides to it to keep the firewood where it bel0ongs once I'm moving down the roads.
But I can't air condition them when they are in the full sun putting a metal roof on. Lol that is why I was hoping for cooler weather for them.
