Ive been trying to get $454 from them that they owed me from previous back pay, which is why i quit. And then my last check bounced.

I have plenty of evidence, stuff in writing, work orders i completed, exchanged messages, i have all kinds of stuff.

They are to pay they're local police captain a total of $946 by tomorrow mid day or he is going to the states attorney to press charges.
The lady is now claiming to be scared for her safety and will not meet me in person to pay me.
I told her she needs to pay me in cash, in person, no checks or we can let the state of indiana do the rest, and we'll see just
how much money shes saved with withholding my wages and refusing to pay my last check.

This isnt something thats just been going on for a day or two, this has been a nitemare for about 3 or 4 weeks now.

"She" doesn't have to meet you. She can put it in that police captain's hand.

    Im well aware.

I got her local police involved after being told she was afraid for her safety with meeting me in person.
I attempted to file a police report locally to me, however her and her buisness are in a different county and i was told i would need to do it in that county.

So the very next day i contact her local police department via telephone and was directed to the captain of police.
He made a personal visit while on the phone with me and she refused to even answer the door.

This isnt just me not giving someone enough time or just me picking on someone...
I have hundreds of messages and a few recorded phone calls that involve me trying to work
with this person and getting paid the money they owe me. I have gotten no where until Friday when i got
her local police involved. Now it seems i'll be paid in full on monday..

I mean.. who would want to pay 3x the bounced check amount + the check amount, court fees, attorney fees, 18% interest
on the returned amount, maximum $5000 fine and who wants to spend up to a year in jail for just the bounced check?

Ive tried and tried and tried to handle this without getting the police or the court system involved.
    Believe me, ive tried!

Stacked some wood this morning. Going to do more yet this afternoon. Nice day for it and it is supposed to warm up and not be so nice for this kind of work the rest of the week.

Well, my "Brown Truck" is no longer brown, nor the Fall Guy Truck. I had it painted Chevy Dark Green. I love green trucks. I have been putting work into this truck in the last few months, buying parts redoing stuff, and had a guy I found here paint it for me and is putting in a spray in liner for me.

Should I still call it the "Brown Truck" I probably will for awhile. It will be kind of funny to see people's reaction when I say that! Haha

Love the old square bodies. Haven’t owned any since the late 90s. Hard to find in our area that aren’t rusted beyond worth repairing.

I plan to keep stuffing it from now on. I can only hope that it will have enough fill that it wont go as deep if I hit it again

    Is that white oak?

You'll be busy. Tree service loads are a great way to get years ahead at a time
