Had to be in at work today at 3 am. No problem except when I was leaving at 1:45 I did not walk behind my jeep. Unfortunately my 3 year olds new bike was there.:headbang::doh: I am has much to blame for not doing a good job making sure the kids put everything away. Only real damage is the back wheel all bent up. Now I just need to get him a 16" wheel with sprocket. One of those weeks I guess oh well.

@jackel440 yeah it happens. I don't even really get mad about stuff like that (or much else for that matter). The worst is he loves riding and I'm not sure when I can get him a new one. Going to try to stop tomorrow. If I would have realized it I could have gotten it today we did not have much trouble. You know the old saying I could break an anvil. Holds true with me.:picard:

I worked on the camp road all day today. Spreading gravel in the low spots, getting off the tractor to pull the large stone and load them into the bucket. Then bring them to the low and muddy spots and drop them in the holes. The real big stones went along the edge of the road to help hold things in place. Work on this from 8am until 7pm with a 1.5 hour lunch break and a .5 hour dinner break. Man, am I tired out. Love that kind of work though. I went through six dump truck loads of gravel in the last week. About 17-18 ton per load. I should have taken some pictures, but never did. :picard:It does not take long to spend some money on road making material.

Just watched Jeter drive in the winning run in the bottom of the 9th in his last home game. Nice.

Even more fun for today! The main coming from the irrigation well pump at work decided it wanted to blow out. Of course we're fixing what wasn't done right the first time. That grey threaded union at the bottom of the pic should not be there.

Second day of my single Dad weekend. It a change of pace and nice to get to spend this much time with the kids just me, but it definitely gives me an appreciation and admiration for what my wife does every single day taking care of the kids. Its not easy to keep a pair of 3 year olds occupied and out of trouble all day.

    .

So true. Its especially fun with twins, they love to double team us.

So far been having fun... Took them to the hardware store yesterday to look at paint colors (after I spent all that time changing the stair treads from red to blue, the mrs decided that red will go with the new trim color after all so we change it back). They love the kids there and let my son hit the button on the paint shaker. My daughter sat mesmerized by the wall of colors (paint chips) the whole time.

Spent some time at the playground, made homemade pizza with the kids and they helped roll the dough, played legos and playdoh... watched too many movies.

And they even went to bed without complain and not much "wheres mommy?" last night ... fingers crossed for tonight....
