That is for sure! I’m hating summer more and more as I get older. It’s supposed to be the opposite, but I hate the humidity.
Congratulations Dave. I well remember when our 2 sons moved out just a year apart. We were sad at first but it did not take but a few days when I realized what a relief it was. Then a few months later I asked my wife where all this extra money was coming from. Shoot. It was that we were paying less out because of the kids. Wow. Now when they come home for a visit and stay here we wonder how we ever got along before! And what is this about $189 for internet and cable? Holy crap! That is out of my ballpark. I holler that we have to pay $50 for Internet and we've never had cable nor are we able to get it at all even if we did want it.
Yup!!! Going rate here in "NJHELL"! And, we have a basic cable package. Our house phone, internet and TV all tied in a package. If it were separate, it'd be more!!! And, we are very limited on providers here. We have Comcast, Comcast or Comcast. Take your pick! Or, we could go to dish, "which we tried" and that was a complete train wreck!!! Service sucked, outages, loosing signal and Chrissy depends on it for work sometimes,. Just didn't work well.
Yeah, I was so overwhelmed, I just got a 6-pack and got 3 drank!!! It just hit 96º in my back yard and the kids are going to move crap out of the house tonight!!! Yeah, I'm gonna watch this circus!
Amen to that!! We cut our cable down to complete basic cable and we still pay that much. Comcast sucks you in, everything is tied together and they are the only boys in town. Verizon stopped running fiber in my twp and like Dave said the Dish, sucks bigs time!!
My daughter is venturing off to college August 22. First time on her own. I’m with you on this one, can’t wait for it to happen. Love her but it’s time. She’s going to school to become an orthopedic surgeon so when she leaves she won’t be back. We already are in the process of buying a side by side so we can have some fun for the first time in a long time.
Got one pallet chopped up before I couldn't handle the sun blaring down on me any longer. Well, I can manage the heat but I was afraid of getting burnt. I should probably use sunblock on afternoons like this.
They can come visit whenever they want but sorry your key won’t open the door anymore. I’m awful. I know.
