    We had a cod moratorium back in 1992, put a massive amount of the population out of work. And a lot of it was caused by foreigners coming in and stealing it, but I won't get into the political side of that for my own good. They still haven't recovered anywhere near enough to fish commercially like one time, but there's a healthy personal fishery in the summer and a carefully watched small commercial sector.

    Took kiddo to the dentist today then Taco Bell. Guess who I ran into? "Crazy disabled Lady" jackwagon. I approached him and introduced myself, he did not put it together so I reminded him. Admonished him and scolded him. A disdainful "Shame on You" came out of my mouth twice. His face was red as a beet. Of course he denied saying that, I made it clear he is the only possible way a stranger knew my source of income regardless of which derogatory phrase he used to disclose my private information. Jack Assparagus deserved more than that, but now he knows there is a person behind careless cruel remarks and maybe he'll think twice next time before doing it again to someone else.

    Credit Union Loan Officer Jack Assparagus stole the house out from under me by telling his realtor girlfriend (he is married with children I was a crazy disabled lady. WHO would do something so awful? The jerk I wrote about :headbang:, that's who. BTW he's married :(
