    A blessing from a friend our window unit crapped and a buddy of mine who does hvac work gets free units all the time so he brought home a BIG electricity hog and asked if we wanted it last winter. Well here it is in all it’s previous rental glory but man does it work good!

    We haven't even thought about turning on air conditioners yet. Hope we don't have to this summer but fear we will. Just hope it is not as bad as last summer.

    There must be a storm brewing the humidity by us is unbearable you should see the river coming out the back of the AC unit. We have been good until today so hopefully it goes back to cool and I can shut it off!

    I've had to turn mine one once so far, mostly because of the oppressive humidity. Its 86F now, but it's going to get down to 59 tonight. I'll probably need to toss a fan in one of the bedroom windows at dusk to pull the heat out of the upstairs later.

    I'm starting to grab pallet blocks and runners for the fall. I'm not sure where my wood supply will stand by then, so I'll grab what I can and fill one of the barn stalls up.

    The runners are easier to handle and I will set up a radial arm saw next to the pile to cut them in half and stack them nicely. I can pull my little SUV right up to the doors and unload. I'm trying to minimalize handling as much as possible.

    There is plenty of room to add a lot more in the vehicle..

    Busy busy busy here. Wife found another nice horse.:picard:But, he is s nice horse. They are trying to get him use to everyone and everything. Kids are busy. I have started on clearing a new pasture area and continue trail work. And working the regular job with a little O.T. And a few other things...

    Good to see you Gas. The gtg was good, nhmountainman has the traveling sign, the Porta potty had its usual lean back to make things interesting. Lots of food and beverages consumed. Lots of saw work done too:whistle: and it was dang chilly overnight. Fireworks were awesome.
