Morning all. I am spraying finish out in the shop again today. I don't mind doing it when you can keep the big fan going to get the fumes out. Im still flying drones. I really like having a hobby I can do at home. Sometime its just 10 min here but it gives my mind a break. Im starting to fly FPV and did so by sticking a 18 dollar camera on a small drone. I did a hack job on the install just to test it out after work. You fly by looking out a set of fpv goggles and you see from the camera view. This is what I do sometimes when things are not going real bad. My wife had a better day yesterday and I am thankful for that. I hope you all have a great Sunday

I'm glad you have something fun to do, in your odd moments of free time. It helps that the days are getting longer! I hope your wife can continue to have those good days.

Doesn't look like rain today so I hope to get some gardening done. I am so behind on the weeding. Picked up some annuals to make hanging baskets for Mom's ramp way. It looked good last year so I hope it works out this year. I bought Petunias this time around. I planted garlic in a small space in her garden and they are looking good now. Can't wait to see what the harvest is going to be like.

I need to finish painting the living room but my joints say no. I just made a pressure cooker full of green beans and jowl bacon to help lube them up.

Hot and humid there like here but hotter. That new place you made me buy has a new air conditioning system so that’s good. About 600 ft elevation here, pretty much zero there. The elevation dif does help me a lot. Weird. Trying to get my sis to move from Cali and move in with me.

It is too cold and wet to do anything in the yard or garden today. It is 43f with a wind chill of 34f with rain.

I took a drive up along the Mississippi river north of the cities looking for a few potential shore fishing spots. Boy the river is sure swollen and fast. Then I got to Fleet Farm when they opened at 8AM to pick up some canning lids, Sea Foam, panfish jigs, and other odds and ends.

I had the ham bone from Easter thawed so just put together a split pea soup.

Funny that! I have watched many of their videos. They are my go to when I want to learn something new. I have enough room there for 4 giant raised beds but I may rent a little land to raise more like I do here. Water is your friend there. That soil drains in minutes. It is orange grove country and the soil is pretty good. Have you ever heard of grove pepper sauce? The pepper only grows in orange groves. It is the most flavorful sauce I have tried. Wanna try to raise them.

Yeah its interesting how when its 40-50* or less, humidity makes it feel colder....but starting somewhere between 50-60* and above, it makes it feel hotter!
