    Speed limit was 62 but I was going more like 45-50. Real dark foggy night. Nah, they don't stay in their lane. but that ain't a moose only problem haha

    I read a while back that it actually cost 3 cents to make a U.S. penny. Not sure if they knew what they were talking about. It seems to me it would be more efficient without them. But government and efficient are not usually in the same sentence. Unless one is being sarcastic. :picard:

    Lightly raining this morning. I think we are back into a rainy cycle. Good thing as everything was abnormally dry around here. A bush fire took out two houses in one of our communities.

    Our view is getting better. They have cleared the lot below us. I will have to post a picture when I get a moment.

    Almost time to get out in the trails and get back to work on them. I’ll finish a short section of trimming branches up and that will break me through to the other end of a separate trail! Wooo hoooo!

    Then I will break out the CS 680 with the 24” bar to cut off a bunch of stumps through the same area that were left by the loggers. Is that ever a workout!:faint:

    Gasifier.. Usually cost 1.3 cents to make a penny.. Not copper anymore. The other 1.7 is productivity loss from people making change. Although that has gone down because people use cards for everything.
    The real reason the United States won't get rid of it. Is because taxes are 1% of a dollar and got to keep track of who gets that Penny whether it's the city the town the state or the county!
    Like most things if you follow the money you'll get the best answer.

    Still plenty of snow on the ground here. Should be gone before night though and temperature is supposed to rise through the night tonight, get to 60 tomorrow then fall back again. At least the rest of the wet should be rain and not snow.
