What happens to woody in the winter? Does he hybernate?

 

I remember using that when I was a kid. We'd get into nettles and then rub Jewel weed on us. I've got a ton of it growing in my woods.

 

They den up and take a winter's nap.

 

I'll be picking up a can of this, it's suppose to have a lower ether content in it, we'll see if it does the trick.

When you say lower ether content, what % ? Compared to what comes from the pump?

 

Not compared to what comes from the pump, he was telling me that the starting fluid has different ether content..... he suggested something with a lower ether content with lubricant..... I think he said this was 40 or 50 % percent.

I'll check when I pick this up.

With the help of starting fluid (60 percent ether with lubricant) my sled started right up............. it even idled nice.

I let it run for about 4 minutes then shut it off.... I let it sit for about 30 seconds then started it back up, all is fine with both sleds.

The generator started up on the first pull, we'll be starting all these weekly.

It turned out that the starting fluid I had was the same ether content.

 

They wanted me to use this (K100) in the sleds last year but I never did, I'll be picking some up next week so I can treat the fuel.

 

What a busy day travel agent done got all our tickets and confirmed reservations, lunch with mom, several stores visited collecting some travel items and a visit with my sister and her two kids to get the baby fix and remind ourselves what were not missing.

Two weeks in Italy -Rome, Florence, and Venice. It should be a nice trip judging from everything my wife has planned.

 

I use a cocktail mix of Marine Stabil and Seafoam in my sleds. I start putting it in the last few times I ride because I'm never sure when exactly the last ride will be. That's all I do and I don't start them during the summer. I do use starting fluid to get them going in the fall. The carbs have never been cleaned and I've owned the one sled for 12 years.
