I finally got a chance to use the new ariens this morning. I admit, I am more impressed with it than I thought I would be. That little things got some good power and shoots the snow good and far!

Ugh, I've been going for 20 hours at this point. Had to go to a customers awards dinner tonight, got home at 11:30 and needed to relight the stove. As soon as I can lock it down, I'll be in bed.

That is one seriously tough day. Glad there are people like Pallet Pete and your neighbor to save the day. Take a good long rest and recovery. Crawling under cars is not any fun.

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone. Still frosty, clear and cold here. It might warm up to a bit of rain this afternoon. I am enjoying living in about the only part of Canada that doesn't have snow right now. I enjoy the cold clear days.

Late to bed, early to rise. Biggest downfall to working from home, I was at work within 15 minutes of climbing out of bed this morning. I cant wait for this week to end.

Glad you like it. I'm very happy with mine as well. It may be small, for a full size machine, but it's not one of those little trunk stashable ones.;)

Here is some information I found on the net.

The New England Confectionery Co., or Necco, began making Sweethearts by special order for weddings in 1866 and began selling them to the public in 1902. In recent years, it made some 13 million pounds a year, pretty much all of which were sold in the six weeks running up to Valentine’s Day.

They went out of business last year but there are still some candies out there that were bought up. They reportedly last a few years.
