    First day of winter 42 and rain, unfortunately the gravel roads are still frozen which makes them Icy.
    2 hour school delay..

    5 xtra kids at house.. one mother was like what how you going to get them to school. The oldest ones are teenagers, you do two trips:rolleyes:

    It’s been raining like it’s never gonna stop since last night. Cell phone got a flood alert in effect until 10:45 this morning. We’ve got to be traveling an hour downstate and leaving in a few minutes. I already know which roads are going to be flooded.

    Nothing but rain and more rain yesterday and today..........Temps went up overnight, woke up to 60 degrees o_O, so much for the 1st day of winter.
    At least the forecast for xmas eve and xmas day are cooler low - mid 40's. Stove is getting firing up on xmas eve and xmas day, I don't care if it's 80 out :rofl: :lol:

    My wife already gave me an earful, "Don't you make this house to hot on xmas eve with everyone here" :whistle:

    Today is a nice relaxing non work day. My wife and I are going to see Aquaman at the theater today for a matinee. I need to buy her a couple of things yet for Christmas, just locally. It shouldn't be stupid like it was when I went to one of the big malls after work on Wednesday. That shopping trip reminded me why I don't work where I have to commute on the freeways.
