Maybe for that price they kiln dry it. Otherwise they would get complaints about mould growing on the ends.

Ditto Dave. The injections in my knee were bad enough, had to have fluid in my elbow drained once. Dr. filled the first big syringe and had to get another and left the whole thing hanging out of my arm. Next thing I know my wife was standing over me and all I could say is "you won't believe what that azzhat just did to me". She said she saw the whole thing and I wobbled for a good minute before I went down. I hate needles!

 

Well, my day ended up busier than planned. Work kept me busy from about 7:45 (commute from the living room to the dining room was treacherous) until about noon. Then I took satans spawn with me and headed out. Stopped by my office, then ran a few errands with the little hellion. Had WAY too much fun saying all kinds of random over the line things to other adults about/in relation to my wildly acting out daughter while we were at the grocery store.

Now, the cheesecake is in the oven (pumpkin because my wife was going to cry if I made the one I wanted) and a nice glass of bourbon is 3/4 in my belly.

Exactly 5 weeks and the holidays will be over!

 

Glad it all worked out well.

 

Elbow was gout. That was after bone scan,nuclear scan,MRI, and spebt 3 days in the hospital. Ain't technology great.
Knee was steroid injections hopefully that's done with, find out Monday morning .
