    I'd take some rain tonight. My house won't flood. Well I say that. If we have a Noahs Ark situation, 40 days and 40 nights and the whole world floods then I will have a problem.

    Good morning Hoarders. Some caffeine going in here. Didn’t get much work done yesterday. Ended up spending most of the morning with my Dad and Mom to help out so my Mom could get a few things done. And that is a good thing.

    After that it was getting pretty hot and I was tired so I relaxed a bit and then did get some more rock picking done on the two areas I recently finished off. Talk about sweating.o_O Wow. Thank god we have air conditioning. Family had a nice dinner and relaxed together watching some TV and the view from the porch.

    Getting a few things done this morning before I go into work.

    More rain overnight. Around 1.7" or so. Looking at the radar (like Pallet Pete posted) it looked like we was going to have a wild ride. Turned out to be just a normal type thunder storm but really not that much thunder here. We are about 25 miles (north) from Pete.

    The rain is finally over for a few days around here. Since Sunday I got about 2.5 inches of rain, which is a lot less than the 13+ inches of rain folks to the southeast of me got in the same time period. I saw that Coon Valley made national news with the flooding they had there.

    We had very strong winds last night they took off a few shingles and blew everything around our yard. Not the worst we’ve seen by far but definatly a little edgy.

    I’ve know idea how much rain there was last night but the bird bath was clean as a whistle and knocked over :rofl: :lol: It got power washed....
