Got back to work a bit this morning. Still a bit sore but at least able to run the tractor and FEL. Running the FEL is still a bit tricky with the shoulder problem but can do if I hold the arm right. It will heal, or at least get a little better. At my age it would have to get pretty darned serious to think about any surgery on it.

I hope and pray you heal well our friend.
Go easy for a while, slow movements, and give it time to heal. And ask the ornery one to not hit you on that side for now.

Made a trip to Columbus to pick up my tile this morning. I ordered it from Vermont Slate Depot and had to pick it up at the terminal.

It is suppose to be Sea Foam Green but looks more on the gray side. That's ok. I want to lighten up the room anyway.
Now to get the old stove out and start on my hearth. I have a plan that I can get it out myself. Now the new stove is a different story. It is about 150lbs heavier.
Hopefully, I can post pictures of the hearth and new stove next week.

This is what you need Marshel54. Its what we used for the Fireview and I believe that is heavier than your stove. I actually got the stove on there and strapped on all by myself but couldn't take it up the steps by myself!

3 days. 4 airplanes. 4 states. 10 hours of driving. A lot of bourbon. Home in 7 more hours.

Next trip isn't for 2 weeks...and I'm on vacation to the beach.

I laoaded and moved my AS by myself on the same dolly. Rock it forward and put something under the rear legs (I used 2x4 cutoffs) then rock it back and block the fronts. Then slide the dolly under and block the front and back. I think unused 2x6's for this. Then rock it back and front again to get it off the 2x4s and you're ready to rock.

Like anything else you can get used to it. I have to travel a lot but when I'm not on the road I don't have a typical 9-5 desk job. That gives me a lot of free time with the family. I make my own schedule, have no managerial responsibilities anymore, and people usually leave me alone unless it gets really bad...when I'm dealing with problems they aren't stupid BS problems.

    Hmm, like, no like.
There's a game like that, isn't there? I doubt they consider it a game though.
Don't move or they may shoot.
