I surely hope you are right. I did look at the forecast and it is supposed to warm a bit but still below normal all next week. But at least we may see 50 again.

Awesome! I got all of the red oak split today. Just gotta move that stack back to sit for a year then move onto this years ash. The ash hole is only about 40' from where I'm going to stack it, but there's a 3' retaining wall and picket fence on top of that in the way. Gonna be a pita to move that!

Gonna pay close attention to CL this weekend. Hopefully it will be good!

I think this spring will be a wood bonanza, every neighborhood in MA and NH had some sort of wind/snow/ice event.
Take out a section of the picket fence temporarily? You're bound to whomp it somehow.

Its definitely gonna be a great year to hopefully get on the 3 year plan. Only problem is that it really seems the oaks took it the hardest. I'll load up on that for 3 years out, but I still need to focus on the next two first.

That's why I'll be on the beach taking in some palm trees next week. I'm sick of this cold windy weather.

I made it clear to my employers (that supplied phones) that I do not do service work. And at the end of the work day, when I punched out, the phone was turned off.

I realize not everyone can do that, but after being taken advantage of a few times and disrupting family obligations, I put an end to it. Those jobs are way in the past, but family lasts forever!

Can't remember if you announced just where those palm trees are located?

Wish I could do that! Mine starts making noise with emails coming in at 5am. I'll get calls, texts, or emails for the next 16 or so hours usually.
