Yeah, that I'm not too worried about. It's the idea of them coming through and seeing me building a structure on their land, which would surely be deemed as perminant.

Sort of like mowing away hay in the summer when you are up to the peak of the roof...

Not much going on around here today but it is sunny outside. Chilly, but sunny. Storm not to far from us.

I would be very concerned about whoever finding out you built on the conservation property. Then they coming and telling you to move it after you have it filled with firewood. I wouldn’t build anything on property that is not yours. Your just asking for trouble. My 2 cents.

That's exactly where I'm at now. They have seen my swings, and 5 cords of wood on it. I think I got a little carried away with my plans. Probably going to scale it down to 3-4 two cord structures that are clearly not a perminant.

Got all the oak leaves cleaned up at mom and dad's place. Their oaks hold em tight until xmas . It was too cold to mess with them at that point.

Now they are ready for 25 yards of mulch, and about 5 hours of bush trimming plus cleanup. Who wants to help? For those counting, that's about a third of a semi trailer load of mulch. Lots of shoveling. :(

That is a lot of mulch for a homeowner. Sounds more like a commercial job.

I've shoveled enough mulch back in the day. I'm good.

Yes, that's what I'm looking at as well. That passed the planning boards eye test.

Same thought here, maybe store the ariens garden tractor in the third bay at least until I build a separate detached garage.

Edit, I see you are scaling back your plans. I don't blame you with the conservatory land you butt up to. I've also got an acre, and my shed will go up against a ROW for the electrical lines. The only thing they address about is that the structure is no taller than 15 feet.

I just got home from a work dinner. Took some clients to the capital grille. God I'm spoiled with this job! That place never ceases to impress me.

The cash back points on my credit card are pretty nice too!

I definitely didn't adhere to my diet as much as I should have, but oh well. I'll do better tomorrow.

I'd rent a tractor if you don't have one.

There still ok for a "moveable" structure to be on their property?

To me that's exclusive private use of government property, a big no no in everything I know about.

When I moved in there was a rather perminantly set up structure partially on their land, and they were ok with it.

I built this this fall. Its 8 ft x 8 ft pallets the back wall is cut down to 6 ft each bay should hold 3 cord. There is no roof ( a roof and walls require a building permit and inspection ). The walls just sit on the 2x6 pressure treated and the floor floats on the inside. I have made 18 to 20 inch wide osb sheets covered with two layers of the old shingles i replaced on my house last year.
