Glad to hear I'm not the only one in here with plates in my elbow. Wire and pins came out after it healed. Did you lose mobility?
Normally... yes... but not at 5:30 in the morning...... no tears and pain hit first.... the first thought was my prior knee injuries... then trying to get up....
Thanks! Thanks! Swelling is down... it's more mobile, but still not much .... But it's positive movement in the right direction....
No, can't say I did. I already had a partial rotator tear before the flip so that limits my getting too silly. If I throw anything it has to be underhand. Still have my hardware, they said leave it in unless it starts bothering me. So far all good.
I shattered mine 30 years ago. Lost a decent amount of motion in it. I can't extend it all the way straight, nor can I get to too close to my shoulder if I curl it up.
I saw 82F on my way home this afternoon. Warmer than Daytona Beach at my dad's house......12 hours from now we are gonna get snow. lol
It is crazy how that happens. Many times I can look at my sister's temperature in Anchorage and she is warmer than us. We were in the teens and single digits when she was down here after Christmas. Her husband was experiencing upper 30s and lower 40s in Anchorage.
Split a couple cords for the ole Hardy yesterday. Worked on saws and my stump grinder today. Then spent some time in the house finishing up the bathroom. Yards are too wet to do any tree work this week.
I actually had to turn the AC on my my car yesterday. I got in it after a long work appointment, and had to make a handful of phone calls. Couldn't just open the windows. Unfortunately, by the time I got home and then wrapped up my work for the day, it was well past dark and the temps were falling. I didn't really get to enjoy it.
Round two of more ICE.... see if I learned my lesson.... Went to the chiropractor yesterday... she put some cold laser therapy on it... knee is feeling better... but it is awful colorful...
No ligaments torn I hope. I'm glad it's feeling better. Take a picture of rainbow knee, as a reminder.
Geeze, I hope that ice doesn't work its way here. However, there is a chance for some tonight. We'll see. Glad the knee feels better.
