We came home last night to quite a bit of snow still in our yard. Minus temps this morning and seeing as I don't have a voice, I will not be going on a walk. I think it will be clear today. Going to lay around and do nothing. Still have a pair of socks to finish though. Should be a football or hockey game to watch.

Thanks. Christmas eve was quite magical as we drove from the ferry to Mom's place. Visibility for the ferry was down to the water so the ferry whistle was blowing and slush was building up on the cars. I was quite glad we weren't traveling a main highway down island.

Photobucket replaces millions of images with 'ransom demand'

    Pure garbage. P500.jpg
3rd party linking of pictures, how most forums work, have been hit hard due to this. There's been so much historical photographical documentation lost due to this. I'm doing work on my motorcycle and all the pictures are blocked on the forums. So all the pictures are lost, leaving those that were supposed to be helped by the pics for modifications, are left with nothing.

Oh insurance companies:headbang:, as many know I had a small electrical fire at my home around Halloween and was thankful to have power on by Thanksgiving and the generosity of my FHC brethren. So why does it take 5 more weeks for the insurance company to issue a check!? If I did not send them a check in that amount of time they would drop me! I think its about time to call state banking and insurance dept. Just seems to be borderline :loco:  to not issue monies to replace insulation before January.

Temperature like a roller coaster.....everywhere like a sheet of glass. Melt, freeze, melt, freeze.

Mom's has a lot of green grass out front....down by the harbor has almost no snow.... a few relatives and such who live somewhat inland have a good bit left....

One such relative also has a fine collection of dodges.....

Nope. I'm updated on my phone and it's no bueno.

The pics are still there, but the user that posted them needs to update any old links. Kinda a pita. Unless the fix does it. I'll need to search.

In the picture of the multi-coloured truck with no hood or fenders in front and beside the garage is a tree (bush) in the background with lots of red berries on it. What is it?
