Oh boy. Yep. That happened. I went back to that part and fixed it if you didn't get what I meant.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. No thanks for the coffee yooperdave

Funny thing is, my wife made me a bourbon and Coke to go with my dinner. I had one sip, and it hurt my throat. None of that tonight.

I’m only working 11 hours today because I have to go to the dentist first. The hygienist touches me inappropriately and is rough with me. I don’t know what her problem is, she has an awesome husband! :D

Morning Hoarders. Upper 30's and cloudy here this a.m. :coffee::flipeggs:currently underway. The Boss and I have a appt. later this a.m. to go over a proposal for our new kitchen with a local kitchen contractor. We'll then need to select our contractor from the 4 who have quoted the job. Whole operation to take place in the beginning of January. The Boss is stoked over getting this done.
I then get to clean up the yard from the storm yesterday. Not too many branches, but with out a doubt there must be better than a thousand pine cones..............sticky little PITA that they are. Everyone have a good and safe day, and get better HORKN.

    She wants you.....

Now is a very good time to tell the media about it; seems to be the topic that is picked up on in an instant!

Shoveling is done. Another bout with that heart attack snow....heavy, wet, sticks to shovel.

Heading out to cottage remove anything that freezes; winterize the drains; and just have a nice warm (hot?) fire in the 13 and 30 while I'm there. Hope I can still get down the driveway with the Corolla.

Here are a couple pics 3 days after our first storm (yesterday) and before the extra snow we got last night.

Ok, I'm alive and at home today. Just got up. Thanks again for all the well wishes rottiman Jack Straw and everyone!

It's good I stayed home. Hopefully a day of rest will make me better to go back on Wednesday.

My wife rechooched the fire in the quadrafire, and she's making chicken noodle soup. It was really nice to open the bedroom door and feel the heat from the wood stove. I can only half smell, but the soup smells good.

Lol, that's for later. I had toast and apple cider for breakfast.

At some point I'll have to eat something a little more substantial.

Oh boy. That's a lot of burger.

I did have a nice cup of the homemade chicken noodle soup that my wife made. She used the carcass of a rotisserie chicken we had the other day, made her own broth, with thyme and other herbs from my patio.

I got a little carried away with the rechooching of the quadrafire. I stuffed it full of fir and pine. I went outside to refill the wood bin inside, and I wanted back inside and was met by a wall of heat.

I turned on the HVAC fan to redistribute the heat all over the house.
