    This is good as it gets 1029171529.jpg forgive the mess tenants have been told straight to their head if they want me to pressure wash the building they got to take all their stuff off the front porch it's been a year-and-a-half and it hasn't happened yet:picard:

    Wow, that's quite a tilt. You did a nice job of making it look better. Aren't tenants wonderful????? I'm a too much a neat freak and would make a lousy landlord.

    4.5 inches out of square.. They sided and trimmed to door:loco: :crazy:

    Table saw and metal brake are great for,putting lip stick on a pig..

    It sounds terrible but I bought them for tax deductions to keep my little girl qualified on health insurance ... and when she turns 18 in 6 years all units will be sold and I will retire

    Oh but I work for myself and I only go to the tenants when wife is home so that our little girl always has a parent at home less of an issue now that she's 12

    Weather turned out perfect. About 60F, a couple sprinkles, but the seats were dry so our arses didn't get wet. We sit in the same seats every year, facing west, so the sun can actually be bother during a 13:00 start game. The overcast was welcomed. I nice late September day, a month late.

    I didnt realize weather stripping could be so expensive! $170 to seal 4 casement windows, and the header on one of the sliders. :headbang:

    Split a bit over at the neighbors this morning... Felt good to be out and moving some wood around... and brought up a bucket of wood up to his back door for some fires till he gets his bobcat to bring in the metal bin...

    If you watch the news, you come to think we are going to have weather just shy of being a hurricane. I was looking for the day to get wet, it started out with a few drops and very overcast, but at noon, the sun came out. so now we wait it out. Forecast is still for the rain and wind. I can do without either.

    definitely a swing and a miss on the weather today. Well, I guess they were right in that it did actually rain a bit.

    Off to NJ in the morning for a two day meeting. Yay me.
