The Rhino had it's yearly checkup along with an oil change, grease, filter and new spark plug and all was well.

This morning while making coffee the power went out, a tree down the road came down on the lines but it was only out for 30 minutes at the most.

Unreal. Outflow winds from the interior of BC and we have 80 F temps with a breeze. Usually it is 65 F with a wind. Real different summer this year.

That wind that came through here last night was pretty strong. Now I don't want to imagine four or five times that strength ever coming through here. I pray for the best for those who went through Harvey and those in line of Irma.

Son's team won the soccer game five to one. He was real happy with a hat trick!

I talked to my dad earlier. Told him to gtfo of Florida. He's just south of Daytona. Told him to start looking for a hotel that allows dogs about 8 hours north west and make a reservation for the weekend. We'll see if he listens or not.

    time will tell.

His response was "what if the storm goes up the coast?" Then cancel your reservation!

I finally decided that it was time to clear the gutters since they have been over flowing when it rains. There's a giant bush in the way of the last 5' of the front. Guess I'm gonna have to crash through it once I get back out there.

Moving a ladder all over the place is hard work for this salesmans arms! lol

Sorry, I missed this one earlier. That is a 1994 Bronco. It has 1 ton axles out of a coil sprung 2005 F350 and a 7.3 Powerstroke out of a 1997 F350.

There ya go Gasifier! These pictures are from when I first built it back in 2009-2010 I think. That body has since rotted away and was replaced. I don't have many pictures of it in its current inception, aside from from the back or inside with a load of firewood on board.

    Nice!

Yeah I love Broncos as well. The new one won't be a 2 door, Or a full size, but it's supposed to be "instantly recognizable as a Bronco" per Ford.

I've always wanted to get one, I see some nice, low mileage ones on e-bay and they get good money for them. But I can't do without my truck bed. So it's not going to happen. I've also always wanted to own a Suburban but I don't like pulling a trailer everytime I want to move/haul something.

A truck bed is something that I desperately want, but a truck isn't in the financial future for a bit. Just gonna need to get an inexpensive trailer for moving things. I can fit almost a half cord inside now.

I hope it looks like the earlier Broncos. I had a '74, really miss that thing. 4-doors wouldn't be a bad thing if they could keep the look. Maybe a little longer wheel base, bit wider of a stance.

And then we have a 4-door jeep.
