Ok, back to work for 2 days tomorrow, then off for 5 days the holiday weekend.

I was up late after the funeral last night, drinking with family and enjoying the fire we had at the campground shelter.

I finished off quite a few new glarus spotted cows, along with a few whiskey and cokes.

I appreciate all the kind thoughts over the last few days. Thanks FHC!

Wood was delivered today. This will be for at least two years out, and it is mostly oak and a little maple.

I have a customer dropping off a table for some restoration work in the next few days and this is blocking the shop door. I'll really have to plug away at it.

Another gorgeous day here in Paradise. campinspecter and the supervisors headed out for another load of wood. SIX more days of work left. It is nice in the building now as students are only there for exams and teachers are busy with year end paperwork. Phone doesn't ring as much so you can get some work actually done.

    Everyone have a great day.

Already uhloaded and stacked before the rain. Didn't stop to take any proof pics. Just loo at one of the old pics of the truck loaded up with the stuff! :D

This one is from last year; just imagine it as this yesterday's load dropped at the cottage and all will be good! :p[IMG]

Think I may even get one more load for down there.....

The painting in the garage is done as of 9:00 this morning!

What a relief...used a brush for the whole thing.

Now, onto the window jamb extensions and then the door and window trim.

Who knows? May even get the boat out of the garage and into the lake this summer!

How long of a drive one way?

And is the water holding it's own?

Hi Yoops!! Yes water still working, PHEW! He just got back from a business trip and I was really hoping it was finally all fixed while he was gone, like what, over a month or more of problems? One little mis step at any point throws it into fits. Still need to dismantle kitchen faucet to clear the little brass lines way up high behind the deep sink  I've learned to do dishes with a trickle  . Everything in the house including the kitchen sprayer and RO water filter all work great, except that dumb faucet.

Drive is an hour to 1.5 hours one way.

Good job on finishing painting and more wood, your (see previously posted picture) cracked me up!

Man oh man....1 1/2 hour one way? Sheesh!

But then, I'm assuming that its grocery shopping? Gotta plan your meals out for sure!

I thought we had it bad years ago with about a 45 min drive one way for the weekly grocery run!

Yes, dept stores, (we have 2 grocery stores & a Walmart, all small and $$), so we make the drive, Sams club food pick up, Kohls return, laptop battery pick up, and looking for a jeweler that can put an adjustable clasp on my wedding ring set. Do you have any suggestions on what beef cuts to buy in the smokehouse forum?

Rug is here. It is infact very thick nap. It's also not the size stated (smaller). It's being returned with free shipping. And I still believe the photo was edited :p
