    That he was. All the crew of the aircraft went out of their way to talk and explain the aircraft.

    These guys made no attempt....less they get distracted.

    Here is a 30mm shell casing in comparison to a Mountain Dew can.

    We ordered White Spruce but that one looks like a Blue Spruce to me!

    I was at a pistol shoot yesterday at our local .mil base and there were A10 warthogs doing straffing runs about 6 miles away. Sooooooooo awesome to see and hear that gun go off! Brrrrrrrraaaaaaappppp!

    Was told they limit the shooting to 1.5 seconds bursts due to the recoil actually slowing the plane down to the point of falling outta the sky if they lay on the trigger any longer!

    Youre right, that's what the pilot I talked to yesterday said also. About 2 seconds typically.

    The gun is offset to the left side so the firing barrel is on the centerline of the airplane, so the force of the recoil is predictable and along the longitudinal axis of the plane.

    Lord above...that is one mean plane.

    Out in Yuma at the Marine air base they use those the night before their air show for a pyrotechnic show. Sweet!
