That's what I needed this morning!

Helped my father in law with some plumbing. Solidified my number 1 son in law status! Of course if you knew my competition you would know that's not a huge accomplishment.

My brother in law is not the most hard working of fellows...he hires people to pick up his poop...dog poop that is. :)

That took some gonads!!!! I think I'd have called the DNR for something to zap those critters before freeing them.

At least I'd be wearing jeans and whatever protective gear I could wear.

I doubt if jeans would give much protection.

The skies parted and I was able to get drywall picked up.

Wanted to beat an old man's azz real bad for calling me an a-hole. I can think of better places to spend my birthday than jail...so I decided against it.

The wife and I went out on sorta a double date with a former co-worker engineer buddy of mine, and our friend's daughter. It was their first official date, even though they talked for hours last July 4th at our camper/ campfire up north.

Yeah, hard to wrap your head around, but it went well and when my wife and I were ready to leave the brewpub, they were talking like nobody else was in the place. Perfect.

I'll see my friend John in a couple weeks at Road America for the Superbike races. I think they hit it off.

Good monin all... :coffee::coffee:... my honey and I went to see friends make music last night in Hallowell. So good. Lately, I've been coming up with reasons to stop playing the drums. Lower back issues, etc. It's kinda "adjusted" my activity of late... This monin, I'm realizing how much music and good friends are an amazing gift. First jam this spring is this coming Thurs. A big crew of players landing here. I'm beyond flattered that they want to come and play. Lotta effort on their part. I need to kick it up a notch or two... :dex:...... or else... :heidi:......... :D

I thought your drum playing had tapered off. Sorry to hear that the lower back is plaguing you again. I hope all goes well on Thursday for you.

Yesterday we woke up to clear sunny skies and a great day. Late evening the fog rolled in so this morning it is quite foggy. Going over to Mom's to install the window. Fog should clear up as soon as the sun rises. It is not August yet! August around here is called Foggust.

Coffee :coffee:... breakfast :flipeggs:... and a short walk on the treadmill... need to restart working on the walking thing more consistently. Then off to the outside to finish cleaning up my baby chickens coop.
