I've made crepes for supper and breakfast recently. I added just a teaspoon of sugar to the mix, but the recipe calls for no sugar. I filled them with yogurt and topped with fresh fruit.

    Here's the fan. IMG_20170325_204937683.jpg

I think I'll buy some white lithium grease in an aerosol can and try to lube it.

Supposedly the motor end rotates off of the fan housing. Then I could unbolt the motor and clean and lube the rotor.

I use the powdered buttermilk recipe on the can. Pretty good.

I know a diabetic who was told he was OK to have real maple syrup but not the artificial sweet stuff. (corn sugar).

Shop day today with slight drizzle and raw out. East wind off the ocean rolled in and kept us in the upper 30's.

I made this karate belt rack for my son to hang on his wall. It was nice to use proper oak boards, as a lot of my work uses salvaged wood that is usually not straight. I made a quick steam tube to bend the top oak strip. He has a way to go, but he puts in the time and practices. Each belt is a few months of dedication.

The Kreg jig worked great for the joining.

Tangential blower. Instead of spraying grease try applying oil like 3 in 1. If you use a toothpick it will be easier try to apply oil only to the inner race area. Capillary action should draw some in. If you can rehydrate the existing grease it can get you by until warmer weather. And new ball bearings !!

I've got a good one. Requires whipping the egg whites until the hold up then folding them into the batter.

A new fan is $55 on Amazon. I'll try to limp this one along, and save it for a spare.

Just about done with the install at the log home. I'll put the AC in later this year.
The duct work should be finished today, and then on to completing the furnace install/setup.
Maybe by tomorrow I'll be out of there for awhile!

I've often thought of pics, but after all, it will be someone's house.....

    Everyone have a safe day.

Caffeine and sugar going in. Needing to run errands this morning before I start any outside work. Hopefully I don't get rained out.

Not raining this morning so we all went for a walk. Sure is nice to be outside walking again. I think I need new walking boots though. And I am well enough to go to work today. How convenient to have a week of work to get sick and recover - NOT!

Errands ran. We are getting rain here so I will get some exercise inside for a while and take care of some laundry, cleaning, etc. Hopefully the rain will stop so I can go out for a while in the afternoon and do some thinning and trimming in an area I want to get cleaning up. I'll leave everything on the ground until things dry up, and then go in with the tractor with grapple at a much dryer time and finish the clean up.
