    Same thing here but it was mid last week! After a lousy 2nd half of the work week and a could have felt a lot better weekend, i am feeling better as of now.

    I've affectionately called Ditto "emergency meat" for a long time ......... Just never pictured Skippy Joe's made from him. Although if he doesn't stop pushing the Mrs and me outa bed....... Maybe some homemade tater salad would go ...........

    What does possum taste like? Me n Giz just ran into our first one at the bottom of the front steps a few minutes ago. Looked like a giant rat. Never seen one up close before. Giz woke up this side of Maine shriekin' at it... and it took off fast.

    Well like most animals I'd say the flavor of the meat is influenced by their diet so obviously ......They taste like ticks.
