I've affectionately called Ditto "emergency meat" for a long time ......... Just never pictured Skippy Joe's made from him. Although if he doesn't stop pushing the Mrs and me outa bed....... Maybe some homemade tater salad would go ...........

 

What does possum taste like? Me n Giz just ran into our first one at the bottom of the front steps a few minutes ago. Looked like a giant rat. Never seen one up close before. Giz woke up this side of Maine shriekin' at it... and it took off fast.

 

Depending on what part of the country its from, may have a hint of nutella taste in it!

 

I was just reading that they eat ticks. Good nuff... Giz is gonna have to chill out...

Well like most animals I'd say the flavor of the meat is influenced by their diet so obviously ......They taste like ticks.

Well now that I think about it a tick dined on me last summer, so logic would say ticks are sweet because I am. My wife said so.
