    My treadmill workouts stopped for a day and then I started again this afternoon with a 20 minute jaunt, I was 207.5 this morning so no harm done. The morning workout will be cut back to 15 minutes, this should put me at 205 on Sunday morning.

    I think that I'll do some roof raking tomorrow so that should burn more calories, the sun was really strong today which was nice and melting the snow.
