actually am.. Mrs CBVT birthday.. fresh linen on bed (it's her thing) tonight making chicken a LA king with salad and dessert.. now where did I put that apron!

 

I'm 41 in July I will be 42. Why do I like the bee gees so much. I can't get enough.
My lovely wife thinks it's because I was brought up on it . us in 1995.

2017 not much weight gain here

 

Mother Nature sure is making up for lost time. Got a messy storm last night, due to get a nor'easter tomorrow, another storm on Sat. and again on Monday. But today, the sun came out and it got warm for this time of year. Beautiful sunset. I'll try to post some pictures The kids are my grandchildren.

I'm not bullchiting anyone - I noticed two different maples budding on my ride home today
too many warm days in January, and it was close to 70 today again - cold snap tomorrow again.
Noticed 2-3 ornamental shrubs blooming in some front yards and my Daffodils have bloomed in the front gardens

 

for all the smart Alec out there, (esp.. Eric VW) this is what not to do..

wife birthday today, her mom came in so they went shopping..
I made a nice dinner.. did 4 loads of laundry and few other niceties..

at dinner wife is a little melancholy about getting older... me it's OK babe.

After all the rain last night we lost a chit load of snow along with the driveway being all ice so I jumped on the tractor, I was albe to scrape some slush and ice off. After that I grabbed the rhino and trailer so I could sand the whole thing, done.

Since I wasn't going to cut I jumped on the tractor to move more snow from the end of the driveway back in the woods, I did that until three this afternoon which gives me more room.

Before it rained yesterday I made tracks(moved some snow off the trail with the bucket) back to the area the topped off Yellow Birch is, I took the tractor back to that spot today. I'm thinking about dropping some of the topped off Yellow Birch Friday. I also scraped out the wet snow near the pile of Yellow Birch I cut so I can move the splitter in that area if I decide to split.

I upped my workout time to 30 minutes each session since I'm stuck on 209.5 or 210. The salad tonight had some chicken in it which tasted great.

thewoodlands 216 this morning.

Treadmill speed up to 3.8; incline 3.5. Isn't helping that much so I may have to hit it twice a day on days off.

Let the bakery stop in the morning go away for awhile and cut way back on the Dew. Only 2 cans last week.

I think tomorrow morning is gonna be a good weigh in!

 

I hope the weight is less tomorrow morning, I have a feeling mine will be the same. I always weigh less in the morning compared to my afternoon weight. I'm happy with the 19-20 pounds I lost but want more.

 

That would about do it for me! I'll be lucky to get to 200 but I'm kinda dreaming on that one.

 

That and the hair has moved from the back of your head to the front of it!!!
