Just cause you guys are cheese heads ... Cabot (VT cheese manufacturer) won more awards this year than all cheese makers in wisconsin!

    Seriously Sharp is good cheddar:p

and we were a republic before you were making cheese wayback when... yes we were before Texas too!

Eh, step your Cabot's ( it's good cheddar, no doubt) up to say Hook's 10 yr or more aged Cheddar, up to 20 yr aged and you'll see why. Cheese Underground: Hook's Cheese: Almost 40 Years & Still Going Strong

You can take the maple syrup award, even though we make darn fine syrup here, but our cheese stands alone. Eric VW , it might be alone because some IS stinky ;)

That's what the cooks country video I linked says to do. Use the wishbone brand. Yeah, seriously. I know. I'll have to try that.

Caffeine going in. I slept in a bit this morning. Today will consist of more barn work while my neighbor is available to work on it. The next three days will be for Holiday visiting and other things for both of us. I hope to do a little firewood processing on Saturday and Maybe Monday.

Good morning, 31 to 40 with coffee now and rain later.
Cut a nice load of ash yesterday, the bark was frozen otherwise it would fall off in sheets so I pop a cold frostie and parked The Great White Hope in the garage, I'm wondering if I should finish my chore today or maybe "pace myself"....at this point I'm thinking that wood is just fine where it's at...

Makin' Christmas cookies for the downstate GTG trip to see all the kids and Gkids.
We'll also have a brief visit with one of my wife's brothers.
All presents wrapped, thanks to my wonderful wife. My job is mule...as in, load and unload the car.
Thinking about making a couple punkin pies. Heck, the oven will be on, so why not.
Oh, I'll probably spend a few minutes looking at the Cub starter to see what's what....if I can.
