That's right Dave! Oh, and I added a 12' bay onto the far(back) end. I needed room for the T.L.B.!

Great. Glad the weather is cooperating for you since it can be so unpredictable this time of year.

Now then, just what is a T.L.B.????

I'm thinking of selling mine after all this construction work is done. Not long ago I sold my 2003 Kubota L35 TLB to get into something a little less expensive and at the same time larger. The J.D. 210C has a bucket that is one full yard capacity. Over twice the capacity my Kubota had. Just what I needed to move all this dirt for this construction project and use a big grapple to move logs and other material around. It is a 1985 though. And I'm jealous of thewoodlands new TLB! :emb:

  The newer machines, like my 2003 Kubota I had, or any of the "newer" ones with low hours on them, are soooo smooth it is really a joy to run them.

I will blame this on Mrs. thewoodlands ! Ya, that's the ticket!

Once I get 4 more hours on it, we'll make the call for the W.C.S. to pick it up for the 50 hour checkup and have them put the backhoe on, hopefully the new snowplow/dozer blade comes in before any big snow hits.

Caffeine! The rain held off last night until we went to bed. Then we heard it coming down. Another morning of working in that wet clay. It did not sound like it lasted very long, so hopefully it's not too wet this morning.

I may not have any help this morning, but my neighbor will probably be over after lunch sometime.

You hoarders have a safe and fun day and don't work too hard.

This one will be great; It's pay day from my second job, and bonus day from my main job (actually back payment for the review/raise that was supposed to happen in July, but just happened last week). Unfortunately those $$ are already spent as all the insurance payments are due at the beginning of the month along with other extra expenses like tires coming up real soon :emptywallet::emptywallet: .

Some more progress on the barn today. I put up more 45 degree bracing in the morning. Then went to the saw mill and retrieved some more lumber I needed. Then after lunch my neighbor and I put most of the rest of the loft floor joist up. And a few more rim joist. Slow but sure. Stopped a little early today just before dinner time. Back to work tomorrow and the rain begins.

Some poor guy lost the wheel off his boat trailer this dark morning while I was at a gas station in the dark getting fueled up as he pulled up to a four way stop. Man oh man did that ever make the noise!

He said he had driven about 45 miles (in the dark) to go fishing but thinks that now his day's plans have changed. I let him know that as soon as a tow shop opens they could help him out but they usually don't open until it light out.

He had to walk back and get his trailer tire that was laying in the middle of the dark road before anyone hit it.
Seriously though, lucky for him it didn't happen at highway speeds!

I am just about at that point where I get to work in the dark and get home from work in the dark......but you may have guessed that already!:picard:
