    So I got my credit card statement today :tears:and I noticed that I have enough rewards points to cash in for about $80 :makeitrain". There is a link in the email with some "great deals" on merch you can redeem as well. The first thing that catches my eye is a 30' Fat Max tape measure. You can never have too many tape measures so I click on it. Keep in mind this is probably an $25 item at Menard's...they want $74 dollars worth of points for it. Ummm....no.

    How is this even possible....and who are the fools that actually get this stuff?

    Having a cold barley pop and grilling dinner. Trying to decide which item to mark off the honey do list thus evening. 5 more work days until we head south and go to the beach. Can't get here soon enough.

    Just moved 20 bags of pre-mix concrete. Then to Lowes for another 25 and off loaded them. I made a mistake and now we are going to try to save some money on concrete for deeper piers. Cold beer taste good in chair now hoarders.

    Change of plans because of me. (And my anal-ness. Is that a word? :whistle:) So.....anywho. We will work it out and get the chit done. Pour footers tomorrow afternoon. Then pour 12" sono-tubes for piers on Friday afternoon.

    All right! Got the call! I had not heard from my daughter in several hours. She took the orders,:whistle: I mean request, from her old man to get North and West. She is already two and a half hours away from the coast! Heading another two hours, or close to it, further. Will be in her reserved, pet friendly, room by about 10:00. With her dog. She got a good discounted rate, benefit of working for large vacation rental/ownership company. :thumbs: So she is going to make a mini-vacation out of it! Thanks for the prayers! You guys are quick o_O!

    My tree guy came today and took down 2 ash trees and one silver maple.
    The backyard is covered in wood pieces and limbs but I'm so glad he was
    able to get them down before winter. The green little bastard got both ash trees
    and a lightning strike got the maple a few years back.
