    Mid 50s this am. :) Dog run for a donut followed by a run in a hay field by the tree dump and a stop by a farmers market.

    Dropping off some oil at O'Reillys to recycle next.

    Very exciting time in my home today! We finally received our jar of Vegemite (3 weeks all the way from UK via Amazon). Ever since hearing "Land Down Under" from Men at Work while in college, I have wanted to try this stuff.

    Let me tell you it is special! o_O One of the most intensely strong and salty things I have ever experienced. Looks like I'll have the whole jar for myself. I can only imagine what a whole Vegemite sandwich tastes like. :D

    Drive to Saranac Lake last night. Check.

    Have dinner, stay in hotel w/fam. Check.

    Wakey, caffeine, get ready for race. Check.

    Drive to Lake Placid, run 1/2 Marathon. Check.

    Shower, sit outside at a nice place & have lunch. Check.

    Later will be a ride on a train and get an ice cream on food car! Time with family. Priceless!:thumbs:
