What's up today (bullchiting) thread.

Managed to get the workshop all insulated and started putting up the OSB for the walls (ceiling is done).
Also flipped the 30 on it's side to take off the pedestal and put the legs on....and, just as with the 13 about 4-5 years ago, one of the bolts was cross threaded! That put a halt on the progress of the leg attaching to the 30!
Needed a break anyway. Should get the wall behind the stove painted or at least primed this coming week and then set the stove in place and will only have to hook it up with the single wall after that.
Who knows, maybe even a break in fire????

 

My wife and I watched a flying squirrel glide from tree to tree around the pools and hot tub.

Neat critters, and I didn't think they lived in Wisconsin.

 

We even have them up here! Not too common, but not unusual by any means! Saw my first one back in the 60's around dusk.

 

Looks like my insomnia is back. Last few nights have been very restless/sleepless. Crap.

Well, I beat Gasifier onto the site anyway! And the coffee is good this morning.

 

Yes. And I could not get to sleep last night either! Which is rare for me. I had an allergy attack from hell. Could not get to sleep until sometime around 1am. Up at 5 and off to work. Going to be a long day. If these allergy problems persist I may need to take half the shift off to go home and sleep.

 

Hope it gets better, not worse. Tonight you'll get rest!

 

Feel for you Gasifier. Like you and Chvymn99 I had allergies flare up but not as bad.

 

I am up. Not sure I want to go for a walk as it is so dark out but we will go. Second week of work and still without students so we don't have too many interruptions. Watched baseball all day yesterday with a little football thrown in. Everyone have a good day.

 

I rarely have allergy problems. I think something I did yesterday got something inside me and man did it set something off. The generic form of Zyrtec is helping, but my head is feeling heavy.

 

Trying to take it easy after a twelve hour day and not enough sleep last night. Currently kicked back and watching a Western called Open Range. If you have never seen it, it is worth renting and watching. Unfortunately I'm dealing with the commercials.

 

We did a bunch of small jobs that ended up taking four hours earlier today and then around 1:30 I started splitting some pine.

 

Saw it in the theater when it came out. Yup, it's a good one.

 

Liked that movie a lot too T.

Our dogs are home with us chilling on the rug. They had a great time, but they are happy to be home with mom and dad.
