Good morning, gonna' be upper 80's with a chance of more rain.
Installed 3 tranny solenoids in the cherokee yesterday and the trusty rig is happily shifting as he should. After the rains rolled thru I took a buddy fishing and we pulled in quite a few.
Mr turtle had a snack on my young friends' bass whilst it was on the stringer,, LOLOLOL!!!I sure gotta' kick out of it,,young Troy couldn't see the humor!!
I guess I need to buy a 2nd fish basket

 

Yeah we have had 6 days over 90.. Been busy never put them in last year.. we had pool then so were not really needed.. My basic beef is we heat the house to 80 in the winter.. So why do we need to cool it to 65 in summer??? I mean we would save a lot of money and work if we did it the other way around..

Plus my daughter does not spend enough time outside.. With AC on she will hardly leave the house..

But when it was 90 in my bedroom.. Wife could not fall asleep .. her alarm goes off at 430.. 10 at night.. Shes getting cranky and and wont even give me a kiss cause it too hot.. It time for some quick action

A decent down pour. Won't last for long, but better than none.

 

Grilling a 6.5lb chicken that was walking around my back yard 36 hours ago.

 

Nice cook out down at camp for dinner, with about 20 from the fam here. I behaved and ate salad and one hot Italian sausage off the grill. (I cheated at lunch though. They bought Wimpy's thewoodlands ! How do I refuse?)

 

Ya gotta eat in this heat.

I finally hit 210 (a loss of 22 pounds) but have put back on another three with this warm weather making me eat more ice cream.

 

The "no white" diet is aimed at reducing carbohydrates, and of course sugar is a carb. That is going to hit your sweet tea unless you sweeten it with something else like stevia. I don't like most sugar substitutes.
you must be really physically fit and in good control with you diet and exercise. You mention all the walking and running you do. Plus we get picture of you work outcomes. Very nice, and way ahead of the average person. What ever you do, take some time to smell the coffee along the way.

 

We got dumped on with rain today, but downtown Milwaukee didn't get any rain. It was hit or miss whether the rain hit. But where it but, it poured.

 

We had some but not enough rain today, I think they're calling for over half an inch of rain for tomorrow night.

 

If you're getting the system that we had, yeah, if you get rain, you should get a decent amount.

I'm right about where you started, but have lost 10, and man would I love to get down to even 210.

 

I started in February but in March I stopped cheating eating ice cream at night, I still haven't had much bread since the beginning of March.

I replaced the ice cream with yogurt.

 

Started eating yogurt, but it must be the wrong kind. Do you eat the plain stuff, or is it the frozen yogurt?
I don't think putting a tsp of honey in my coffee has helped either. No refined or added sugar for a LONG time.
