    I don't care for the whole, set up for 3 hours, sit in traffic for who knows, to watch 20 minutes of fireworks. To each his own, I was content watching the fireflies in the backyard while smoking a cigar.

    Had a wonderful night lastnight. Good friends and Good times... Had a few extra people last night, so we had a few extra firecrackers... Plus the traditional roll of firecrackers and Saturn missile launch (yes that's a little over 5,000, tied together with fuse wire) ... Everyone came back with their digits, no burns this year... It was a good time...

    my brother build a fence from wood pallets around an Alder infested area on his land. Then he put a couple of pigs in the enclosure. By the end of the summer, the Alders were gone, roots and all.
