    Gotta disagree with you one this one Linked. Not advisable to stop by the owner's residence. I'm sure that piece of info would be passed on....

    I know how I would react if an employee showed up at my personal residence and started pi$$ing and moaning about how things are; treatment-policies, what have you....much more if it was the wife's business, understand?

    You made a decision to leave by quitting, now live up to your actions and wash your hands.

    Might be a good idea to re-train for something else and move on with your life?

    Agree 100%. maybe consider mailing her a professional letter explaing your reasoning so she knows as it is her business...
    but if a sub, tenant or employee came to my personal residence with a beef in front of my wife and daughter.. regardless of the validity of complaints my reaction would not be positive!

    LinkedXJ you seem to be a great guy! not trying to be judgemental I have never met ya... Also it's hard to guess from reading posts.. my gut says your a good guy.. a hard worker... and a bit of a hot head:mad:... I used to be one and can still be when someone's pushed my button's too far! if you decide to write the letter... I would wait a few days and really re-read it edit for content and then mail... Abe Lincoln used that trick and I've copied it a few times!
