On my way to meet the mrs at the car dealership to drop her car off and got in a dang fender bender. Lady in front of me decided to jam on her brakes as we were both turning on a yellow arrow. Roads were wet and there wasn't any stopping when I locked em up. Slid right into the back of her. Thankfully neither one of us was hurt although she did mention to the cop that her head hurt a little (really hope she isn't looking for a payday). Baby piney was asleep in the backseat and ahe didn't make a peep.

No damage to her car thankfully and only broke the license plate holder on mine. This was my first accident ever (me driving at least.

WWW has been up almost 24 hours now due to work, he is so tired he is over-tired. Not going to happen, but he needs a 10 hour nap not just 10 minutes.

Never any good when that happens. Even though you may feel alright, the underlying stress builds up. Doesn't happen frequently, does it?

Those type of stay awake periods are easier to take if they are born out of choice rather than necessity.

Yup, 20 minute power nap is unbelievably good for you. They have been taking "siesta's" for years in Mexico (not to mention Washington D.C. as well)....................................

I usually take a 10-20 minute nap during lunch (I've been up for 9 hours by then). Really refreshing!

Her insurance company called me this morning :headbang:. Sounds like she's changed her idea of no damage to slight damage.

Guess i just have to wait and see. I called my ins company just to give them a heads up. No big deal with them. They just said let's wait and see if she actually files a claim.

45 minutes is the perfect power nap time. I saw this a number of years ago. Some say came up with that as the perfect amount of time. Napping less or more doesn't work as well. I tried it and it works great. Been using that for years when I'm tired but need to get something done in a certain amount of time.
