Yeah, honestly work want that bad today. My co-workers stepped up. I only had 120 emails since I let suppliers know I was going to be out, I put my out of office on, and I busted butt to take care of as many loose ends as I could before I left. I was handling 60-80 emails a day the last few weeks before vacation.

We're getting very very busy at work, so I left at just the right time.

Good morning, coffee and nothing new here, 60 with rain.
Fishing has been slow so I have started tearing the interior out of my old Cherokee, maybe try my hand at rust eradication and repair..

Wow, this thread is indeed unusually slow this AM.:coffee:

I returned to work on Mon, have had the pedal to the metal since. Ripped apart the garage utility room last week as I'm preparing to re-do my main water supply lines along with installing new filtration and softening systems. Hopefully I can make a little progress on it this weekend and start installing stuff next week(end).

Finished planting the garden yesterday. Trying some hybrid heatless Jalapenos this year.
Fuzzy Buddy had a tick on his back this morning and the GF had one on her neck:hair:
Supposed to rain this afternoon so I'm planning on installing new vent fan in the master bath.

    Raining here. A lot.

Finally starting to feel normal-ish 10 days after they put muh guts back in place. I expect by the weekend I'll feel pretty good...and real good in time for turkey season :rootintootin:

I saw it with my own eyes!

    OK, pics...

    stoves.jpg

New T5 in-coming in the red truck.
Former QuadraFire pellet stove leaving on the trailer.

Coincidentally, both the buyer (of the pellet stove) and the T5 dealer arrived at the same time.
The PE dealer was kind enough to even help get the old pellet stove out of the house. Wow!

Then the guy who bought the pellet stove stuck around to help bring in the NEW Alderlea.
    Awesome guys.

Yeah, my neighbor actually already mowed his lawn TWICE.

Not me, no need to rush that part of Spring/Summer.;)

Apparently Prince (Purple Rain, 1999, etc) has died at the age of 57. Not a big fan myself but kind of shocking to hear.

And one of the local radio stations has played 4 of his songs since lunch. Let's go crazy is currently on. Dude can play a guitar is all I know. I'm not a huge fan either, but I appreciate talent.

I guess he really is "The artist formerly known as Prince" now for sure.

I always liked his stuff. Mega talented musically.
    Little eccentric (aren't they all).

I wasn't ever really into Prince too much, but saw him a while back on a George Harrison tribute doing the solo for My Guitar Gently Weeps and WOW. The man could play for sure! I also found it quite awesome that he decided to use a picture of Dave Chappelle dressed up as him for an album cover for a single.

    Solo starts at about 3:30

Proving that Prince had a good sense of humor:

Prince was a staple for me in jr/sr high school. Very sad. I wonder what he was sick with?

All I've heard is that he had been suffering from the flu.

Week is done for real job. Three day weekend begins!

Unfortunately it's going to rain tomorrow, but that's okay. We need the water. I have plenty I can do inside.

And ya never know when ya might sneak in a
