    Nice quite cold day at work.
    GF called ~11am and said she'd been loading the stove all morning and the house was only 65:makeitrain"(We need a smiley guy throwing firewood or better yet a woodchuck chuckin wood)
    I asked which wood had come off the trailer(back stuff is light wood for relights and front was stacked with 3 yr seasoned red oak) - the reply ...I guess wood on the back?
    suggested some oak from the front and apparently she figured it out because it was 70 soon after.

    I haven't reloaded yet because the stove is near overflowing with coals

    Kinda like when I met 99lbs. Not matter what, every three hours, she would throw wood into the stove! House used to get up to mid 80's, kids sprawled out on the floor trying to gather up any cooler air in the rooms.
    FINALLY broke her of the habit!

    see in this case she wasn't seeing any temp rise, probably lowering temps because it was 68 when I loaded and left at 3am - hard to know feeding the stove could be opening the front door and letting in cold air every 30min-hr to grab 2 light splits off the trailer, instead of filling the woodbag. I thought I had broken her of those habits, but this is the first year she's home full time and trailer loads of wood vaporize every cold snap;)

    :rofl: :lol:I thought I had broken WWW of his bad habits. :rofl: :lol: But since the new pellet stove is the majority of our heat now, he sometimes forgets to fill it before bed. Back to potty training 101. Oh, and the dryest woods splits are 1.5' from the front door on a covered porch if I need them;)

    got up at 3 to bring good friend to air port 30 minutes away... he is all nervous I am like relax.. airport TSA guys do not get there til 430.. Burlington is a Destination not a hub... get to airport. 345 cop says doors don't open til 4....:rofl: :lol: go get a coffee as we drive past 3rd closed gas stations to 24 hour mobil...

    I understand he's a diabetic brings a bag of medicines all worried about Security. he texts me on way way home it took like 2 minutes... :whistle:

    3rd :coffee: stove loaded going to make surprise breakfast for girls
